About Christian Hassold
I’m Christian Hassold, host of the In/organic Podcast and occasionally writing here. I’ve founded or been the CEO of two SaaS companies and a tech enabled services business - all of which exited successfully, and most all did some kind of M&A. When my last company, HubLogix, sold to ChannelAdvisor in 2017 (then a public company that has since been acquired by CommerceHub), I became the leader of the corporate development function. Since that time, I have pivoted my focus to helping founders and CEO’s achieve growth through inorganic and indirect means, including international expansion.
Why In/organic?
Over the years of doing different kinds of growth strategy and M&A inside fast growing SaaS companies, I have identified a number of common patters for success. I have also noticed there is more than one way to do things, I am learning new things every day. The problem is, there is no playbook for doing this work in hypergrowth SaaS, there are just a lot of people you can get advice from. In/organic seeks to take the piecemeal advice I have collected (or given) over the years and bring it to anyone who is willing to hear it. Welcome to In/organic!
