Mission

On the In/Organic Podcast, Ayelet and Christian deliver a strategic read on lower-middle market M&A across the commerce and media ecosystem. They don’t just report the deals; they connect the dots between the founders, the transactions, and the market with a point of view you won’t find anywhere else.

They speak to both sides of the table: the founder weighing whether it’s time to sell, the CEO building an in/organic growth strategy, and the dealmakers who want a sharp, vertical-specific lens on where the market is headed.
